INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW…

Our menus do not list prices or quantities. This allows us to customize to your needs and budget instead of selling you quantities of food that you don’t need or want.

Our menus are merely listings of our most popular items. We are happy and able to create anything you can imagine.

We do charge $100.00 additional for Action-station chefs.

We have no minimum that we will serve. We will cater an event of any size in almost any location without a penalty for an intimate gathering.

We request a final guarantee 72 hours or 3 business days prior to the event.

Low Country Boil – $31.00 per person

 

This is always a favorite! We set out a huge portion of Low Country Boil (Shrimp, Smoked Sausage, Corn, Red Potatoes, Onions boiled in our blend of seasonings) and pair it with Marinated Grilled Chicken, Red Rice, Garlic Bread, Apple Pie or home-made cobbler! We will gladly cook the Low Country Boil on site for only $75.00 more!

 

Oyster Roast (“R” months only) – $34.00 per person

Nothing sets off the cool season on the coast better than an Oyster Roast! We steam these coastal delicacies to perfection and toss them on a huge table for you and your guests to devour. We pair it with Marinated Grilled Chicken, Red Rice, Garlic Bread, Pecan and/or Apple Pie!

 

Pig Picking – ask pricing

This comes in your choice of Southern or Hawaiian fashion. Regardless of which regional flare you choose, it’s always a fun event! A whole slow-roasted pig is the centerpiece of the event and is accompanied with Fried Chicken and Red Rice for the Southern flare or Pineapple Chicken and Coconut Rice for the Hawaiian. Both are served with Vegetables and Apple Pie.

 

Southern Buffet – $31.00 per person

A little southern flare goes a long way with this crowd pleaser! Buttermilk Fried Chicken, BBQ Ribs, Red Rice, Green Beans, Corn Bread, and dessert. Loosen your belts; no calorie counting please!

 

The Day’s Catch Fish Fry – 35.00 per person

All of the flavor and fun without having to clean one fish! This buffet is stocked with fresh fried Fish, your choice of Fried or Grilled Chicken, Stone-ground Cheese Grits, chef’s choice of Vegetable, Pecan and/or Apple Pie for dessert.

Pasta Station – $6.50 per person (add shrimp for $1.30)

House made Marinara and Alfredo sauces, Bowtie and Penne Pastas, and assorted fresh vegetables, grilled chicken, and diced ham sautéed for you. This is a popular choice!

Tempura Station – $10.50 per person

Our chef skewers Shrimp, Chicken, Beef & Pork then dips in into our house Tempura batter, then Wok fries before your eyes. Includes appropriate sauces.

Shrimp & Grits Station – $7.50 per person

Our Tasso Ham & Shrimp Gravy is made to order in front of you and your guest!

Crab Cake Station – $9.00 per person

Succulent crab and our house seasoning tossed and formed into melt in your mouth crab cakes sautéed to order… YUM!

Slider Station – $8.50 per person (add crab cakes for $2.60)
