1. You have private access to our venue
The Mackey House is different from many all-inclusive wedding venues in Georgia, because you will have private use of the venue and its various spaces, with your choice of two spaces to be setup by the Mackey House staff. Our team can also set up additional spaces for your wedding for a fee. If you decide to hold your wedding ceremony in the pavilion and the reception on the deck, guests can still roam around the garden, lakeside, and oak grove without running into other weddings or events. This private access also allows you to customize the entire property into your own unique wedding.
2. We set the stage for your wedding
When it comes to the setup, The Mackey House provides each wedding with the basics and then some. At no additional cost to you, your venue rental will include 60-inch round tables for up to 150 guests, twinkle lighting, ample amounts of parking space, an elevator lift, and fans and/or heaters to use where needed. Our deck’s 12×20 foot light-up dance floor, DJ booth, and bar provide you with the perfect setting for an entertaining reception. We also offer a bar in the pavilion for you to use.
3. We are experts of our property
Our staff knows weddings and The Mackey House like the backs of our hands, so we love to be a part of the weddings that grace our property. Our staff will set up and break down two spaces of your choosing within the venue by laying out the tables and/or chairs and wrapping twinkle lights throughout the landscape or infrastructure of the area. We also provide you with a host or hostess to cater to your guests throughout the event.
4. We offer all-inclusive packages
For couples who are interested in all-inclusive Savannah wedding packages, we are happy to offer these services as an add-on to your venue rental. The Mackey House will work with you on developing a catering package that’s sure to impress guests. Bar packages can also be purchased at The Mackey House to ensure that the drinks flow smoothly throughout the event, and decoration packages can be added to include items such as linens and centerpieces.
