Miranda & Christopher Wedding

Miranda and Christopher brightened up The Mackey House with vibrant colors and a cheerful crowd during their springtime wedding. The day kicked off with Miranda and her bridesmaids sipping on mimosas while getting ready in their matching floral robes and taking photos around the blooming landscapes. After the prepping was complete, Miranda met with her father and then her soon-to-be-husband for special moments before the ceremony began. The ceremony took place in the garden, where the couple dressed it up with green and pink throw pillows on the swings, white paper lanterns hanging from the trees, and chalkboard signage. Through the top of the wedding arch, Miranda and Christopher wove a stunning arrangement of blue and purple flowers, which also matched the wedding bouquets, bridesmaid dresses, and flowers in Miranda’s hair.

After the ceremony, the fun continued onto the clear-covered deck, where the bridesmaids and groomsmen came dancing onto the deck before Miranda and Christopher greeted their guests as newlyweds. For a unique touch that showed the couple’s playful personality, tables were set up with white picture frames as the centerpieces and guests were given disposable cameras to continue taking photos. For dessert, Miranda and Christopher opted for a wedding pie that they cut inside the mansion. They also served an array of bite-sized desserts as well as a Walking Dead themed cake. On the light-up dance floor, family and loved ones danced until it was time for Miranda and Christopher to have their signature sparkler exit down The Mackey House’s staircase and head off to their honeymoon getaway.
