Natalie & Johnathan Wedding

Fall is arguably the most beautiful season in Savannah, where the weather finally starts to cool down but is still a comfortable temperature when the sun starts to set. Natalie and Johnathan took advantage of this time of year, and they threw an extraordinary November wedding at The Mackey House. The wedding party arrived at our venue from downtown Savannah on Old Savannah Tours trolleys, before they took a beautiful collection of photos in front of the mansion and beneath the towering pines in the meadow. Natalie and Johnathan held their ceremony in the garden, where the wedding arbor was done up in twinkle lights and showcased a white chandelier above where the couple and their wedding official would stand. Natalie and Johnathan exchanged touching vows to one another before saying their I do’s and walked down the aisle as official newlyweds.

In the reception on our clear-covered deck, the tables were dressed in pink tablecloths which gave the wedding a fun pop of color against the gold table decor. After a few speeches from Natalie and Johnathan’s loved ones, everyone enjoyed a perfectly prepared dinner. Natalie and John chose a classic white, three-tiered wedding cake that they cut into before dancing the night away with their wedding guests. As party favors, Natalie and Johnathan prepared hangover goodie bags for each of their guests to ensure they would feel up to exploring all Savannah has to offer the next day. With perfect weather, a fun color scheme, and lively wedding guests, Natalie and Johnathan threw an unforgettable wedding at The Mackey House.
